Fluoride Deception. The real reason this toxic waste is added to water supplies
Excellent video with a very articulate investigatory journalist about the broad based deception surrounding flouride's "benefits".
Some information NOT mentioned (maybe it is in the guy's book) was how, purportedly, flouride was deliberately added to the water supply in nazi germany because it was found to keep the populace more docile and therefore manipulatable...
What to do after watching this video?
Stop drinking tap water. Use a complete filter system for your drinking water. Put a filter on your shower. Use only flouride-free toothpaste. Research a good herbal cleanse for your bowel, liver, and kidney/gallbladder.
Perhaps you should also look into the toxic effects of mercury , while your on a health kick, and remove any amalgam fillings in your teeth, and start a gentle overall heavy metal tissue cleanse.

I'm currently reading Aubrey De Grey's new book Ending Aging, and, at the moment, I find his approach more "realistic" or doable now, rather than expecting, or hoping, for purely technological (like Artificial Intelligence/Transhuman) methods to end aging.
