This is the first in a series of 12 short articles to introduce and explain The Procivilization in accordance with the 12 Principles of Civilization above.

Purpose
Community exists because the members share a common purpose which can only be accomplished jointly.
What is the community about? What, in the minds of its members, is it for? Why do people join, come back, become regular visitors, contribute? What can be done there? How can members collaborate to get their joint purpose achieved and accomplish their common goals?
OK, so, What, exactly, is The Uni-v.e.r.s.e./Procivilization about? In a word, we're about FREEDOM! Psychological freedom, financial freedom, physical freedom. Basically, the unfettered and unobstructed realization of our innate personal power.
So the Purpose of The Uni-v.e.r.s.e./Procivilization is to assist YOU in identifying Self (meaning your personal power), through the *removal of obstacles, blocks and hindrances*, also known as fear, doubt, uncertainty, irrationality, unwanted conditions, negative self-talk, etc. In other words, To remove the ANTIcivilization from you!
Now, unique perhaps to The Uni-v.e.r.s.e./Procivilization is that this "Community Purpose" is not only accomplishable "jointly". Our "members" (whom we refer to actually as "Participants") are largely the kind who are more individual and self-leading, than groupthink-type followers.
It's necessary here to explain a distinction between the insideUniverse.com online community -- where you're reading this blog post right now -- and The Procivilization itself, which is what we forsee as being the future state of organization of humanity. This, of course, is up for critical debate, which is WHY we're building an online infrastructure to facilitate that debate! :o)
Outside of The Uni-v.e.r.s.e., Universable and insideUniverse domains, the actual Internet itself is the best, most leveraged, example of a Procivilization that humanity has. Still, we have a lot of work to do...
