This video from New Scientist introduces some thought leaders in the field of life-extension/non-aging longevity.

I'm currently reading Aubrey De Grey's new book Ending Aging, and, at the moment, I find his approach more "realistic" or doable now, rather than expecting, or hoping, for purely technological (like Artificial Intelligence/Transhuman) methods to end aging.
