What to do after watching this video?
Stop drinking tap water. Use a complete filter system for your drinking water. Put a filter on your shower. Use only flouride-free toothpaste. Research a good herbal cleanse for your bowel, liver, and kidney/gallbladder.
Perhaps you should also look into the toxic effects of mercury , while your on a health kick, and remove any amalgam fillings in your teeth, and start a gentle overall heavy metal tissue cleanse.
